RETURNS - General

This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To request a return/refund/exchange contact me at support@goldenfielddigitalmarketing.com, see below for details.

RETURNS - SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are eligible for returns, sale items are not typically eligible. Contact me at support@goldenfielddigitalmarketing.com if you think something need addressing, I’ll try and help the best I can.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If you need to change a size, just shoot me an email at support@goldenfielddigitalmarketing.com.

SHIPPING - General

You’ll get a tracking number if applicable, shipping costs for the return will be on you. The shipping address will be given in an email if your return has been approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your product or exchanged product to reach you may vary, the Canada Post van doesn’t off-road too well.

If you are shipping a return item(s) over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your return item(s), and won’t offer a refund until I receive such item(s).

Please do not send your purchase(s) back to the manufacturer. They always say “WTH” and don’t know what to do with it, it usually goes in the trash or to an employee. I can’t receive such items from them and give you a refund / exchange.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
